There is no required downtime after receiving Juvéderm®, however, it is suggested you avoid include drinking alcohol within 24 hours after the procedure to reduce the risk of bruising. Some mild swelling and redness can be expected during the first few hours after treatment.

The results of Juvéderm® can be experienced immediately for smoother, younger-looking skin. The results of Juvéderm® are temporary but can last for up to a year or longer before a touch-up session is needed.
