Dr. Gengler was born and raised in France, where she completed medical school and residency in 2017. She was the first French Otolaryngologist to obtain European Board Certification. As she pursued a dual qualification in the US, she kept her French aesthetic vision intact and continues to be influenced by European techniques to achieve natural beauty. She believes in effortless elegance and gives her patients the quiet confidence they need to enjoy life to its fullest. Her aesthetic approach to rhinoplasty and facelift surgery is one of the things that sets her apart from her peers.

Dr. Gengler also specializes in surgery for the paralyzed face, and works with her patients to improve their dynamic smile, facial tone, symmetry, and overall facial function. Before joining the Aesthetic Center at Woodholme, she created a center for the paralyzed face in Lehigh Valley, PA, where she performed facial nerve transfers, selective myectomy, brow lifts, upper eyelid weight placement, and gracilis muscle free flap. To achieve excellent functional and cosmetic results, she blends together reconstructive and cosmetic techniques to balance the face and restore facial harmony.

Dr. Gengler thrives to be a part of an innovative approach to facial plastic surgery. She regularly attends national and international meetings to present research and to connect with international peers. She includes wellness, longevity, and regenerative medicine in her aesthetic practice, with the purpose of achieving long-lasting results that will age gracefully with patients.
